More than 50 of our parishes, retreat centers, and shrines in our Catholic communities are participating in the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage in June of 2024. A group of designated Perpetual Pilgrims will pass through 5-10 parishes per day, stopping for 15 minutes of prayer and Benediction in each church. You are welcome to be present in the church or outside along the procession route. Many Catholics will walk in procession along any of our 1-6 mile National Eucharistic Pilgrimage segments. Students from UPLIFT Teen are going on a mission trip to Kentucky in June, to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus in various ministries. We will be hosting a Car Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, May 4 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Holy Rosary parking lot (2011 N Oakland Ave) for an opportunity to meet our parish missionaries and support them. Tim, our pastor, is happy to announce on behalf of the archbishop the following priestly assignments to the Family of Five Parishes serving the parishes of the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, Old St. Mary, Our Lady of Divine Providence, Sts. Peter and Paul, Three Holy Women, effective June 21, 2024.Joining Fr. Tim, who remains pastor, will be Fr. Joseph Heit, already serving as associate pastor, Fr. Carlos Londoño, who will remain as associate pastor, and our newest associate, Fr. Brian Mason, who will return to us after completing his master’s degree in addiction counseling. Fr.
