We’ve all heard the phrase “reduce, reuse, recycle,” but how can we make an impact when we are busy, it’s not a priority, or it’s boring? Come join us on August 19 at 10:00 am at the SS Peter & Paul Church Center to learn how to turn “trash” into treasure!
We will be taking a hands-on look into how we can turn our ordinary paper scraps into beautiful cards, scrap paper, and more. We will also have the opportunity to paint pre-made cards with foraged watercolors (earth/plant-based) while we learn more about the effect of our recycling on the environment and small ways we can make a big impact (including DIY recycled birdfeeders!). This event is family friendly and beginner friendly! To register please email shaus@ffpmke.org so we have enough supplies and snacks.
